Any product order is checked against your personal data and your IP address using maxmind's fraud prevention system. If your order was made from a proxy server, or your postal address and country doesnt match the IP location, then the order is marked automatically as FRAUD independent if trial or paid order.
FRAUD orders are deleted inmediately. You can place a new order but should first assure that:
- you do not use any kind of proxy server or vpn connections. Use your direct internet connection
- your profile contains your real personal details including address and country
Additionally you can open a support ticket to get the issue manually resolved
