All provisioning modules automatically creates the WHMCS customer in your resellerclub account if he does not exist. Based on the email address which is the username in your WHMCS, the module fetches the following customer details from WHMCS database which are required to create a customer at resellerclub:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Address 1
- City
- State/Region
- Postcode
- Country
- Phonenumber
If any of this fields are empty or not compliant with ResellerClubs policy, the customer is not created at resellerclub thus the order could not added.
Example:
WRONG: Phone numbers at Resellerclub are not allowed in this format: 450.251.022
CORRECT: A Phone number should always be in this format: 450251022
