All provisioning modules automatically creates the customer in your LogicBoxes account if he does not exist. Based on the email address which is the username in your WHMCS, the module fetches the following customer details from WHMCS database which are required to create a customer in your LogicBoxes Account:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Address 1
- City
- State/Region
- Postcode
- Country
- Phonenumber (MAX LENGT = 12)
If any of this fields are empty or not compliant with LogicBoxes Customer SignUp policy, then the customer cannot be created in your LogicBoxes Reseller Account thus the order cannot be created.
Example:
WRONG: Phone numbers at Resellerclub are not allowed in this format: 450.251.022
CORRECT: A Phone number should always be in this format: 450251022
