Overview
ResellerClub has updated the product names for the new DigiCert certificates. The Comodo Certificate Provisioning Module (RCMRCCPM) is fully compatible with the new certificates.
Only a small update is required on our side for EV SSL certificates. This will be included as part of the improvements supporting the new maximum validity period of 200 days for all certificates.
Follow the guide below to correctly update your existing product configurations.
Important Notes Before Starting
- The module will automatically map the old product names to the new ones when you access the Module Settings tab.
- Do not use the AutoSetup Wizard for the new certificates if your existing products are no longer visible in the Products tab.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Log in to the RCM Core Console v4 Addon.
Check the AutoSetup Wizard.
If you see the new DigiCert certificates listed and your current certificate products are no longer shown in the Products tab, do not run the AutoSetup Wizard for these new certificates. - In WHMCS, navigate to System Settings → Products/Services.
- For each certificate product configured with the module type "Other (Rcmrccpm)", click to edit the product.
- Go to the Module Settings tab.
The page will load and the module will silently update the old product name to the new product name.
After loading, the module details may temporarily not be visible.
Click your browser’s Reload button.
The updated module settings should now appear correctly.
Do not click Save Changes — simply proceed to the next product.
After Updating All Products
Once you have applied these steps to all affected certificate products, the module will continue to work normally with the new DigiCert certificates.
